What We Do
Respond to the diverse needs of all persons with intellectual disabilities by creating an accessible system of services which supports choices and results in lives of dignity and independence for individuals in Moore, Hartley, Dallam and Sherman counties.
Dumas Satellite Workshop provide training by developing a person centered plan that is individualized and implemented for each client served; it is based on his or her developmental skills and needs. Independent living, academic, vocational, social and self-help skills are some areas covered by each plan. Consumers are train on self-help daily living skills (leisure, recreational, personal care and social).
